Ladies & Gents, I have been working on a website as a hobby for a little while (I know I need to get out more)!!! Anyway, I need content. One of the main ideas behind the site is to have a Database of Dishes that as Galley Managers and Chefs we can refer to for inspiration with our menu planning. I welcome you to input your dishes by clicking here.
The site is not yet finished and I would welcome any suggestions for content by clicking on the “message board” link and posting your ideas there.
I am also looking for anyone who has an interest in becoming a contributor to the site. If you think you can add interesting or useful articles for RN Chefs and Caterers then please let me know.
Once the database has been populated with 1000′s of dishes that can be searched by ingredient or meal type, think how useful it could be while drafting your weekly menus.

The site is aimed squarely at adult users, who have or are still serving as Chefs, Stewards or Caterers in the Royal Navy. The language and content should reflect that of an Armed Forces society.
